Oxford, Baseball, & Taylor Grocery

Ole Miss opened their baseball season up with a home game weekend against East Carolina University. The weather was gorgeous and we headed over for both Saturday and Sundays games. It was a packed baseball weekend and we had a great time cheering the Rebels to a series sweep of ECU. We met Mary, John, and Tucker at the game Saturday and Sunday. All the boys thoroughly enjoyed the games. Saturday night we went to eat at Taylor Grocery with Mary, John and Tucker and we had the best time filled with laughter and fun times watching the boys dance and have fun! After Sunday's game Will got to "run the bases" and also got to meet the Ole Miss catcher which he was so excited about! We are ready for more Ole Miss baseball and look forward to fun times!

Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day was fun at our house this year! Will had school parties, Luke missed his because he had the stomach bug, and Doug and I ate lunch that day at Mt Fuji. Valentine's day was a day of fun and love!

We gave the boys Valentine's happies. Will got 2 new Mickey and the Roadster Racer cars. Luke got some new trucks and a book to play with. Doug also got a Valentine present. He got some "crazy/happy" socks and 2 pairs of pants.

Ole Miss Ladies Baseball Forum

Ole Miss held its First Ladies Baseball Forum on February 11th at the Indoor Practice Facility. It was a great day of learning about Ole Miss baseball. My sister, Mary, and I went and had a great time! We started the day off with Coach Bianco, met some of the baseball players and had little batting introduction, we ate lunch at the 1810 Grill, met some of the coaches wives, got to go to Swayze Field and tour the Rebel club and the batting cages and the baseball meeting rooms. I'm glad I went and I'm so excited about baseball season!

January in Review

January was a good month. We celebrated Will's birthday all month long from surprise "impromptu" birthday in Arkansas, to a firefighter party and then a birthday party at school. We were partied out in January but it was fun!
