Recap of May

May was a fun month. We celebrated Luke's first birthday, Mother's Day, Baby Dedication, Baseball and pool time. We were busy with end of the school year parties and birthday parties. It was a fun month.

Swimming on Memorial Day weekend

Oxford Regional weekend

Ole Miss hosted a Regional this past weekend in Oxford. Luckily the rain stayed away for a bit and the sun came out and it was hot. The Rebels lost both games so we stayed through the weekend and relaxed at the condo. 

Memorial Day weekend

Memorial Day we went swimming with all my sisters and their kids. After we went swimming my mom cooked hamburgers, hot dogs, and homemade ice cream. After dinner we went fishing on mom and dad's pier and Will caught a fish! We had a great time and the weather was perfect. 

SEC Baseball Tournament

Saturday of Memorial Day weekend we headed over to watch the Rebels play Texas A&M in the SEC baseball tournament in Hoover, AL. It was hot but we had the best time. We loaded up in my vehicle with Doug's parents and made the trek over. The game started after lunch so we made an early start but had a great time! Unfortunately the Rebels lost and we headed home. Nic and Ross were able to come over since they were in a cabin near Birmingham for the weekend. We had good seats but unfortunately were behind the Texas A&M dugout and all the family so we got bubbles all over us. 

All in all it was a fun day of baseball! 

We put Will and Papaw in the back back seat and they wore their rally caps and acted silly on the way over! Yes they both had on baby blue Ole Miss shorts and red khaki shorts.
