Disney Travel Day and Disney Springs

Sunday, September 4th we left bright and early and headed to Birmingham, AL to catch our flight to Orlando. Our flight left at 10am so we left Tupelo at 5:30am and drove over. We were hoping Will would sleep but as soon as he woke up, the first words were "Is it Disney day yet?" Least to say, he was excited. We made it to Birmingham and Will was so in awe of all the planes and going through security. He was also excited to be flying on his first airplane. We got to the gate and greeted so many Ole Miss fans that were headed to the game and Disney World. It was fun plane ride and Will had the best time.

After we checked into our Disney Resort we ate lunch, found our room, and then had dinner reservations at Disney Springs. Unfortunately I have no pictures from there because it poured the whole time we were there and got soaking wet and our ponchos were in our suitcases which had not arrived yet. We did go to the Disney store and get Will a toy for being a good trooper in the rain and plus we had to buy ponchos. We ate at Paradiso 37 and we were starving and it was delicious food!

August recap

August came and went so fast. The boys started in 2 different new schools. Will is in the 4 year old class at Harrisburg Baptist Church and Luke is in the Toddler room at First Baptist Church. They were so excited to start school, well Will was. He calls it his new "church school" because we do attend church at where he goes to school. Currently both boys are enjoying their new school. Luke got his first haircut and we got rid of the curls and now he looks like a big boy! Luke also had a 15 month check up and everything went well. We also celebrated Papaw's birthday with everyone in Oxford at the Rib Cage. And to end the month, Will came down with the chicken pox and Doug had the shingles. Fun fun!

Luke's 15 month check up

Luke had a 15 month check up about 2 weeks ago. He is doing well! He weighed 22 lbs and 12oz and was 31 1/4 inches long. He was on the growth chart of being around 50% in weight and 60% in height. He got a sticker for being so good and it was our entertainment for the appointment. He can't walk yet but we are working on it. He is cruising everywhere and can crawl really fast. He loves to eat and eat and eat. He can consume a whole packet of ritz crackers in one setting if we would let him. He is one happy baby and loves his "bubba" aka Will, big brother!

July Iphone pictures

July was a fun month with two crazy and active boys. Luke started crawling, like really fast. He also began standing up and walking around the table and couches. Will finished up school at FBC dayschool and started at his new school. We enjoyed a fun 4th of July and also enjoyed swimming.

12 years

Doug and I celebrated our 12 year anniversary on July 31st. We enjoyed a nice dinner at Fairpark Grill and went to go see the new Jason Bourne movie, which was wonderful! I also got 3 brand new Ronaldo bracelets. Can you tell I'm a little spoiled?

I'm so blessed to have celebrated 12 years with Doug. God has truly blessed our relationship and our family. I look forward to many more years with you hunny!
