January in Review

January was a good month. We celebrated Will's birthday all month long from surprise "impromptu" birthday in Arkansas, to a firefighter party and then a birthday party at school. We were partied out in January but it was fun!

Firefighter Will's 5th birthday party

The weekend after Will turned 5 we had his birthday party with friends and cousins at the Fire Station No.1 in downtown Tupelo. He was so excited about the day that he woke up and put on his fire suit at 8am that morning. Unfortunately the party wasn't until 2pm that afternoon so he had to wait all day long.

The firefighters at Station No 1 were so helpful and had a good time telling Will and his friends about how helpful and that a firefighter is your friend. They dressed up in fire suit and also let the kids on the fire truck. They also raised the ladder on top of the truck as a fire fighter climbed up it. It was great for the kids to watch.

Will had a great time with his friends too.
