Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving! We are thankful for a great day with family. We watched the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade and Will and I looked for the bands and most importantly the cymbals. We had a great day. We ate lunch at my mom's house and all the kids played outside and rode bikes since the weather was in the 60s. It was beautiful. We had a great day!

Thankful all the time for my precious Turkeys.

Will's Thanksgiving Program

Will had a cute Thanksgiving program at school and we were able to attend. All the kids in the 2s,3s,4s, and kindergarten classes performed a small program then they each had a Thanksgiving Feast. Will was dressed like an Indian and was the cutest of them all.

After Will's program on Friday we left that night for Oxford because the Rebels were playing LSU and we were not going to miss it. It was cold but we had a great time and enjoyed a Rebel victory over LSU.

Yes, Will went but left at halftime to go sit with Papaw who was watching it in the engineering building lounge. I have to say Will made it to EVERY Ole Miss game this year. He had a blast!!!

On Sunday we left early from Oxford and headed to Oakland, TN to watch our niece, Kalyn, get baptized. It was a special day for us to watch her get baptized by her dad and we are so thankful she chose to follow Christ at such a young age.

Disney on Ice

We took Will to see Disney on Ice. He was so excited to see Mickey and that is all he cared about seeing. We had a great time and the show was wonderful. Luke was at home with Nana and Pawpaw who kept him for us while we could go have a fun night out with Will.

Happy 6 months Luke

Luke turned 6 months old on November 6th. I can't believe he is half way to his 1 year birthday.

Sweet boy or Baby "Lukie" as Will calls him weighs 17lbs and 11oz. He is 26.5 inches long and is in the 60ish percentile for height and weight. Luke can roll over from front to back and back to front at daycare BUT he will not do this at home. Every time I walk by him and he's halfway over he sees me and goes back to his back like he's playing possum with me. He can sit up a little bit and only with help or he will go and topple over.
Luke loves to eat and we have been given the go ahead to go to Level 2 baby foods and to try some table food. We will do this gradually. He still doesn't have any teeth so we will have to mash everything up at first.
He wears a size 6-9 months clothes and a size 1 in shoes. I've had to buy a few new clothes for Luke because he's outgrown most of what I had from Will's collection. Oh well!

We are so glad God placed Luke in our lives. He is a very care free, easy going, lovable and sweet baby and we love him so much!!

Happy Halloween

Halloween was fun this year. It rained so it put a little damper on our trick or treating at night. The rain did break and we were able to go out trick or treating for a little bit. Nana and Poppa Bill's had taco soup and pizza for the kids and then we went trick or treating with Anna Grace and Peyton. It was a fun Halloween for Will.

October Fall days

October was filled with football, pumpkin patches, and fall festivals. Will's teacher at school was so sweet to send me pictures of all their fall activities at school since I could not make it to attend. Will loves his school and friends and had a great fall with them.
