We enjoyed a great lunch meal of black eyed peas, cabbage, and salt pork. Yummo! Ugh not really. This is my least favorite day to eat because I HATE black eyed peas. Yuck! I only eat 1 tablespoon and take a gulp of tea and swallow them down. Will enjoyed cheese puffs and bologna instead. Wish I had what he had.
We also watched the Tournament of Roses parade and when Will heard the music from the bands on tv he started clapping. It was fun!!
After he got bored with the parade he thought a cup and his new tool wrench would satisfy him for a while and it did.
Overall we had a great New Years Day of sleep, football, food, and parades. Now onto something yummy for dinner. Haha!!
Looking forward to 2014 and what all God has in store for all of us!
