Goodbye bottles and formula

Goodbye bottles and formula! NO More!!!!!! You are gone from Will's life FOREVER! Will is officially on a sippy cup and whole milk and I could not be more proud to say that. It has been a long time coming and lots of prayer. We started at first mixing his formula with the whole milk and gradually increasing the milk intake as he got used to it. But the problem was he was spitting up everything and literally chewing on the bottle. Doug and I got so frustrated with it that we finally said something had to change. So we took the plunge and went straight to whole milk in the sippy cup and took the bottle away completely. Will has never really been fond of the bottle anyways so it was a little easier to do that. We have been using the sippy cup for water but never for milk or formula. So as of today we are bottle and formula FREE. He has not gotten the full concept of the sippy cup yet but he is doing really good and plus he loves his milk too!

So congratulations Will! Mommy and Daddy are so proud of you! Keep up the good work! Now we have to work on table food! Prayers would be appreciated for that because Will is a very textured and picky child too!
