We have enjoyed the "discharge" day and we feel like brand new parents and we know this will be a brand new experience for us all. Will was so excited for Baby Luke to come home with us. They rode great together in the car and Will kept a close eye on Baby Luke. We are now praying for a great night with both of our boys at home with us!

Luke is HOME
Luke Penny is home and we are a complete and happy family of 4! I can't begin to describe to you the moment I walked in the door with Luke and showed him the house where so many prayers have been prayed for him! We then went to his room and he opened his eyes and I showed him what momma and daddy had worked on so much for him. I literally LOST it! The moment I've been dreaming of and praying for my entire life came true and real at this very moment. A sweet friend of mine said "the mountains feel really high when you have been in the deepest valleys." This is so true when you have been through 5 years of fertility and 133 days of being in the Nicu watching your sweet little one fight the battle of his life and also watching his twin brother go on before us and meet Jesus. It's amazing what God can put you through to give you the strength to continue on and receive the greatest blessings of life at the end of it all.
